Caterina Pistocchi

Caterina Pistocchi focuses on corporate and financial markets law and assists domestic and international companies, private and listed, in M&A transactions, including takeover bids, acquisitions, mergers, demergers, disposals of businesses or participations and joint ventures. In particular, she is focused on corporate, commercial and regulatory issues relating to such transactions. Caterina has also gained an experience in the ordinary assistance and general advisory on corporate and financial markets matters.

She graduated in law, maxima cum laude, in July 2011; she is currently earning a Ph.D. in “financial markets law” at the University "Roma Tre" and is author of certain papers on corporate matters published on specialized law reviews.

She has been admitted to practice law in Italy and is a member of the Italian Bar.
