Sofia Vaz Sampaio joined Morais Leitão in 2006 and became a partner in 2020, leading one the teams in the litigation and arbitration department. Sofia focuses her activity on civil, commercial, corporate, banking and finance litigation and domestic arbitration. Sofia also has extensive experience in class actions, currently assisting domestic and international clients in dozens of actions in sectors such as banking and finance, retail, tech, energy, food and beverage.

She is a regular speaker at conferences and often collaborates on academic and teaching activities.
