Magda focuses her practice on M&A, corporate, capital markets and financial services. She has extensive experience advising on complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, public and private equity offerings, public takeover bids and privatisations.

Her expertise is consistently recognised by leading international legal directories. She is also highly regarded for her work in corporate governance and regulatory compliance, particularly for listed companies and financial institutions.

Throughout her career, Magda has provided both transactional and ongoing corporate advice to listed companies and major corporate groups operating in regulated and non-regulated sectors, with particular focus on financial services, postal services, e-commerce and logistics, retail, telecommunications and cement. She has a long track record as external counsel in law firms, and has also a 4 years’ experience as in-house supporting and working closely with strategy, M&A, corporate affairs and investors relations areas.
