Joined the firm in 2006. Lawyer at Osório de Castro, Verde Pinho, Vieira Peres, Lobo Xavier e Associados (1992-2005) Member of the Employment, Pensions and Immigration Team. Assistant Professor (Law Faculty of the Catholic University since 1990) and a regular speaker at congresses, seminars, and post graduations. Paula has participated in several corporate restructuring processes and collective dismissal proceedings, providing day-to-day advice in all areas of employment and social security law. Legal counsel and litigator on labour, social security, and sports law. Paula is a member of the Advisory Board of the Council for the Regulation and Qualification of People of the Business Confederation of Portugal (CIP – Conselho Empresarial de Portugal).
