Founding Partner of Osório de Castro, Verde Pinho, Vieira Peres, Lobo Xavier & Associados (1989-2005). Advises clients with respect to merger control procedures, antitrust, private enforcement and state aid. Represents private parties before the EU institutions and courts. Experienced in retail, insurance and telecommunications.
