Partner. Joined the firm in 2001. Member of the European and Competition law team. Experience as attorney before the European Court of Human Rights, EU Court of Justice and EU General Court and national courts, including the Constitutional Court. 20 plus years of experience in antitrust matters representing clients in investigations by the European Commission and the national competition authority and in private litigation both at the trial and appellate levels, as well as in out of court settlements. Advisor to innumerous national public authorities and private entities in EU State Aid matters.
