After graduation from the Judicial Research & Training Institute in 2004, from 2006, during ten years of careers in the Ministry of Information and Communications, the Korea Communications Commission, and the Ministry of Science and ICT, Mr. Kang has been involved in all areas of telecommunications and media, which include broadcasting regulatory issues such as re-approval of TV home shopping, telecommunications regulatory issues such as investigation of prohibited acts, internet regulatory issues such as online personal information protection, and other projects for promotion of IoT, big data, cloud service, etc. Mr. Kang is the finest lawyer, who has plenty of experiences in government agencies and industry, including Korea Post, Korea Internet Safety Commission (renamed as Korea Communications Standards Commission), Korea Internet & Security Agency, National Information Society Agency, and Korea Communications Agency, and is specialized in the Korean industry of broadcasting and telecommunications.
