Using our powerful global network, our Technology, Media and Telecommunications (“TMT”) Practice Group works on many of the largest and high-profile TMT cases, leveraging experience acquired not only in private practice, but also at the relevant government agencies and in-house.

To help clients navigate through the broadcasting and telecommunication industry (which is one of the most regulated industries in Korea), our professionals provide a range of services - from legal and regulatory advice to representation in high-stakes litigation. Our professionals also frequently assist clients in obtaining the necessary government permits and approvals.

The TMT Practice Group is particularly known for being able to assess how the laws and regulations may impact our clients’ business. Its professionals collaborate closely with other Groups for our clients’ needs such as launching new businesses, engaging in M&As, foreign investments or resolving disputes. The TMT Practice Group also works closely with our Legislative & Government Affairs Sector Group to provide customized and strategic advice on the clients’ policy-related needs.
