To help clients navigate through the broadcasting and telecommunication industry (which is one of the most regulated industries in Korea), our professionals provide a range of services - from legal and regulatory advice to representation in high-stakes litigation. The TMT Practice Group is particularly known for being able to assess how the laws and regulations may impact our clients’ business.
