Mr. Sangdon Lee is a partner at Shin & Kim. His primary areas of practice are competition law, M&A, and general corporate advisory.

Mr. Lee possesses extensive hands-on experience across a wide range of fair trade and competition law matters, with a particular focus on merger control, as well as regulations concerning large business groups, holding companies, cartels, unfair support practices, subcontracting, and advertising.

He has also provided clients with expert advice on M&A transactions, the establishment of joint ventures, corporate restructuring, and corporate governance.

During his time at the Paris office of Allen & Overy, Mr. Lee gained in-depth knowledge and practical experience in European competition law, particularly in the area of EU merger control.
