Gajin Choi

Ga jin Choi is a partner at Shin & Kim, specializing in banking and finance.

Ms. Choi has worked on a wide range of domestic and international financial deals. She is skilled in providing advice on acquisition financing, credit financing, and corporate financing, as well as financial regulatory matters. She has also advised on alternative investments and private equity investments. Currently, her focus is on domestic and international acquisition financing, where she has played a key role in major transactions.

She graduated from Seoul National University's College of Law and earned her LL.M. degree from the University of California Berkeley, School of Law. She also worked as a secondee lawyer at the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation.

Ms. Choi's expertise has been recognized by the IFLR1000, where she has been named a 'Leading Lawyer' in the Banking category in 2022 and 2023.
