Mr. Dong Jun Park is a partner at Shin & Kim and an expert in the M&A field. His main practice areas include inbound and outbound M&As, corporate restructuring, joint venture, venture capital, corporate governance, and other general corporate legal affairs, representing large domestic and foreign corporations and financial investors (including Private Equity Funds).

Mr. Park has successfully led numerous transactions by accurately identifying customer needs based on his sincere and meticulous practice. Many transactions have been highlighted by various media outlets, and he has been recognized as a leading individual in the corporate and M&A field by well-known overseas media such as IFLR 1000.

After graduating from Korea University, Mr. Park graduated from Seoul National University Law School and received a master's degree in corporate law at the New York University School of Law (LL.M. in Corporation Law). He has practical experience in global M&A, including during his secondment to the Palo Alto office of Covington & Burling LLP, a leading law firm in the United States.
