Simon is a partner in the corporate team. Simon advises corporates and their owners on all their company and business law requirements.

His focus is on cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, management buy outs, reorganisations and shareholders' agreements. He works for businesses active in the UK and internationally and regularly advises on multi-jurisdictional transactions and projects for clients looking to enter the UK market through investment or acquisition.

He has a special interest in supporting businesses involved in technology and education and works with clients in the vital consideration of sustainability in business transactions and the impact of law on the green economy.
