Robert specialises in complex and high-value clinical negligence claims and is a recognised expert in spinal cord injury and brain injury claims. Robert has also secured substantial awards for clients with cauda equina.
Robert has extensive experience of cases involving high level spinal cord injury, brain injury, cauda equina, oncology, infection and amputees. He has settled claims with values from £500,000 to £15 million.
Robert has undertaken cases for clients in Cyprus based internationally in countries including Ibiza, Ireland, Canada and Sri Lanka.
Robert joined Stewarts from Beachcrofts where he practised as a defendant representing NHS Trusts. He joined Stewarts in 2000 and has been a partner since 2007.
Robert has been an AVMA specialist panel member since 2007 and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine.
