She is an expert for structuring and tendering the project organisation of large infrastructure projects and has also been active in the areas of public procurement, state aid and contract law, as well as in PPP's and project development for many years. Silvia gained extensive practical experience as an attorney in another prestigious Austrian firm where she advised clients, especially in the healthcare sector, on numerous infrastructure projects in Austria. She regularly handles procurement procedures for contracting authorities and advises bidders in their tender participation. Moreover, she is also one of the few Austrian procurement experts who have significant expertise and experience with procurement projects in the art and museum sector. The representation of both contracting authorities and bidders in review proceedings before the national procurement control authorities is another focus of Silvia.
