He also has advised on corporate restructurings, insolvency law, and general corporate and commercial matters. The main sectors of activity where he has focused his practice are real estate, industry, family business and distribution. He advises national and international clients such as investment funds, financial institutions, developers and construction companies, operators, family offices, distributors of consumer goods and hydrocarbons, and service providers.
He worked at law firms in Spain and New York. He has also lectured at several top universities in Spain.
