Seon Tae Kim is a partner in the Litigation Group. Since joining Lee & Ko in 2001, Mr. Kim has been involved in numerous complex litigations, also handling one of the largest claims ever filed before Korean courts. He is highly recognized as one of the brightest litigators in Korea with expertise in corporate matters and vast experience in civil and criminal proceedings.
Mr. Kim passed the Korean Bar in 1990 while he was still attending college. After completing his legal training at the Judicial Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea, he served his military duty in the Korean Army as a Judge Advocate Officer. When he was decommissioned, he served as a Judge for five and a half years at the Jeonju and Daejeon District Courts.
