Sebastian Oberzaucher

Public Procurement Law; PPPs; Construction; Infrastructure, Health Care; Transport; IT. Sebastian Oberzaucher co-heads Wolf Theiss' public procurement team. He specialises in project planning and implementation in connection with complex tenders for works, supplies and services for public entities with a focus on infrastructure, transport, healthcare and IT. He advised and supported clients in numerous large infrastructure projects in Austria and CEE. His work focuses especially on increasing the efficiency of procurement processes of public clients by restructuring these processes, developing standardized tendering modules and implementing smart e-tendering strategies. In addition, he frequently advises bidders on their participation in tenders to safeguard full compliance of their bids with public procurement law and the tender specifications, and guides clients through the bid evaluation process. Moreover, he regularly represents both contracting authorities and bidders in review proceedings before the relevant reviewing bodies.
