Sean A. O’Neal has over 25 years of experience handling debtor and creditor side work, both in and out-of-court, with a focus on negotiating and documenting transactions and advising on litigation strategies. He is regularly sought out for his experience on complex corporate restructurings and his leading expertise in corporate governance, prenegotiated and prepackaged bankruptcies, out-of-court restructurings, liability management transactions, debtor-in-possession financing and exit financing. Sean also works with investors in purchasing assets from, or making investments in, distressed companies. His industry focus includes crypto, financial products, real estate, retail, commodities and power industries, among others.
