Based in Porto’s office since 2018, Samantha Cyrne specializes in advising foreign companies wishing to invest in Portugal. She covers all areas of business, whether industry and manufacturing, energy, transport and logistics, real estate or tourism, advising companies on their incorporation through to implementing their activities.
Thanks to her dual French and Portuguese background, she advises French companies with interests in Portugal on a wide range of matters.
Samantha also advises companies and investors on their activities in Mozambique, where she worked as a legal advisor from 2007 to 2010.
She also worked at the Portuguese Ministry of Foreign Affairs – Community and European Affairs in 2001.
