He acts for a number of developers, landowners, landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers, and owner occupiers, dealing with all aspects of commercial property work, including acquisitions and disposals of complex development sites, options, promotion agreements and conditional contracts.
Sam also deals with the financing and refinancing of sites (acting for borrowers and lenders), buying and selling land and commercial buildings including offices, retail premises and industrial sites, and acting for landlords and tenants on all types of lease work.
