Saiqa is a specialist children law barrister, and skilled practitioner in all aspects of family law.
Saiqa regularly accepts instructions on behalf of local authorities, guardians and parents in both public and private law proceedings. Saiqa has a particular interest in cases involving injury to children, cases of sexual abuse and cases involving allegations of fabricated and/or induced illness (FII). Saiqa has also appeared in the High Court on cases with an international element, involving children unlawfully removed from the jurisdiction.
