Practice Areas
Laura’s practice encompasses all areas relating to children and vulnerable adults. She is qualified to accept instructions under the Direct Public Access Scheme.
In the private law field, Laura is regularly instructed in protracted and intricate matters often involving children requiring separate representation, alienation, implacable hostility, and allegations of abuse (including sexual, physical and emotional abuse).
Laura has extensive experience in public law work and is frequently instructed in complex matters. Her practice includes representing clients in sensitive and complicated proceedings involving non-accidental injuries; sexual abuse; significant domestic abuse and proceedings with complex medical evidence.
Laura's practice also includes work in the Court of Protection having experienced the cross over in family cases for young people.
