Practice Areas
Sarah specialises in children cases including adoption and surrogacy matters, accepting instructions on behalf of local authorities, parents (including intended parents or carers), other family members, and children's guardians.
In public law proceedings, Sarah has extensive experience (in her own right and as a led junior) in complex care proceedings involving allegations of non-accidental injury, sexual abuse, and FII.
Sarah is committed to providing robust advocacy and clear, practical advice while navigating the sensitive and highly emotive nature of public family law
In other matters, Sarah has a particular interest in matters involving alternative family arrangements with a focus on surrogacy and adoption matters.
