Sarah Nuttall

Practice Areas

Sarah specialises in children cases including adoption and surrogacy matters, accepting instructions on behalf of local authorities, parents (including intended parents or carers), other family members, and children's guardians.

In public law proceedings, Sarah has an established practice (in her own right and as a led junior) that has developed an increasing focus on complex and serious matters including non-accidental injury, sexual abuse, and FII.

In other matters, Sarah has a particular interest in matters involving alternative family arrangements, surrogacy and adoption.
