Practice Areas

Andrew is a skilled practitioner in all aspects of family law and the Court of Protection.

Andrew represents a breadth of parties within public law care proceedings including parents, Local Authorities and Children’s Guardians. This assists Andrew in approaching all cases in a multifaceted way. Andrew’s public law practice includes complex and serious abuse cases such as NAI, sexual abuse and forced marriage.

In private law, Andrew is often instructed in intractable contact disputes, where the child is separately represented and there is alleged parental alienation and cases involving serious domestic violence and sexual abuse.

Andrew is experienced in acting in cases with an international element, including child abduction, and child trafficking.

Andrew’s key strength is his dynamic and adaptable approach towards litigation and the court environment; he is skilled in IT and applies these skills within complex forensic cases.
