Sally acts for parties in financial disputes following the breakdown of marriage or civil partnership, claims involving former co-habitees under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 and claims for financial provision under Schedule 1 Children Act 1989. She has a particular interest in cases with an international element. She also has considerable experience in handling private law children cases, often in parallel with financial remedy proceedings. Notable cases include Tattersall v Tattersall  EWCA Civ 774  1 FLR 997 and LM v KD 2018 EWHC 3057 (Fam)
Cambridge University (Christ's College); City University (GDL); Inns of Court School of Law (BTC). Called to the bar in 2006 and joined New Court Chambers as a tenant in 2008.
