He specializes in M&A, commercial, securities and investment funds, with particular emphasis on the acquisition of publicly traded companies and regulated entities (brokerage houses, investment funds), offerings of securities (IPO, SPO, ABB), and regulatory matters.
He advises private clients, investment funds and corporations on mergers and acquisitions of the public and private companies, on a number of Polish and cross-border transactions.
Prior to joining CMS, he worked for over 17 years with the international law firms: Baker & McKenzie, Dentons and Deloitte Legal.
