About
Provided by CMS
CMS Poland's Corporate and M&A/Private Equity Team delivers true breadth and depth of M&A and Private Equity expertise across our international network. A team of several dozen lawyers offering comprehensive merger and acquisition assistance (including public M&As) and providing legal support at every stage of a transaction – from deal structuring, through preparing due diligence documents, to drafting and negotiating sale agreements, investment agreements and shareholder agreements.
Our lawyers have significant experience in designing and implementing innovative transaction structures (tax and corporate) that maximise the benefit to our clients. Over the years we have developed effective procedures for the efficient management of the most complex and heavyweight projects and M&A transactions and coordinating the work of other advisors. We have a strong track record in providing legal and tax advice to the companies from various sectors. The considerable size of our team enables it to work simultaneously on several large projects while maintaining the highest quality.
The Warsaw office employs many multi-disciplinary sector and regulatory teams, which are relevant for M&A projects, including financial services, manufacturing, automotive, consumer products, energy, hotels and leisure, infrastructure and projects, life sciences, supply and logistics, real estate and construction, technology, telecoms, media and sports.
