Nikolaus Weselik is a lawyer for national and international Construction Contract Law and Real Estate Law, Construction Litigation and other forms of Dispute Resolution, and legal issues relating to project development and the purchase and sale of real estate projects or individual properties. He is a partner at CMS in Vienna and head of the specialist group for construction and real estate law.

Nikolaus has more than 25 years of legal experience and mainly advises construction companies, project developers, architects, structural engineers and specialist planners, various private clients, national and international investors as well as hotel owners and operators.

Additionally, he regular lectures at the University of Vienna on real estate and construction law and various seminars, including at Linde Campus, ARS - Akademie für Recht, Steuern & Wirtschaft and others. He is author of several books and other publications on construction law. He is recommended by international legal directories as a leader in construction and real estate law.
