Christoph Wolf is an attorney-at-law for employment law. He is a partner at CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz and heads the Employment Law Team together with Bernhard Hainz.

For over 20 years, he has been advising companies on contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, including the implementation of restructuring measures, the negotiation of works agreements and social plans as well as the settlement of disputes with works councils and employees.

A further focus of his work is the support of former state-owned enterprises and the handling of various employment law issues in the area of compliance projects.

In addition, he advises clients in the field of working time law and in legal issues relating to the international secondment of employees as well as in all compliance-relevant employment law issues.

Christoph teaches employment and social law as professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Vienna.
