Kai Ruckelshausen is a partner in the Banking & Finance team at CMS Vienna. He advises Austrian banks and European financial institutions on a broad range of financial transactions, including acquisition, corporate, project, and real estate financing.

His secondment with an international technology group gave him a solid understanding of internal corporate processes. Alongside his legal work, Kai lectures at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and the Academy for Law and Taxation. He combines technical knowledge with practical experience in banking and finance law, both in Austria and internationally.
