Ryan Dzierniejko is the global head of Skadden’s capital markets practice. He represents companies across a wide range of industries in their most important capital markets and other corporate transactions. He has significant experience leading high-profile mandates ranging from venture capital financings and IPOs of “unicorns” to complex equity and debt financings for the Fortune 500. Ryan has led some of the largest and most notable capital markets transactions in recent years, including more than 20 IPOs in the past four years and over $250 billion of debt offerings.
