In the area of regulatory, she has advised on product design both for life and non-life insurance, contract interpretation, insurance and reinsurance distribution, pension plans and funds, as well as on proceedings with the Spanish Directorate-General of Insurance and Pension Funds. She also advises insurance and reinsurance companies on insurance claims (P&C, PI, D&O, E&O and cyber insurance), analyzing coverage, and handling recollection and actions of all kinds.
Ms. Duque is a Spanish state insurance inspector on leave of absence. She is former deputy director of the Spanish Directorate-General of Insurance and Pension Funds.
She is a member of the Professional Association of State Insurance Inspectors. She is registered in the Official Auditors Registry (not practicing) and is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
She has written many articles and publications on matters concerning the insurance and reinsurance sector and speaks regularly at national and international forums.
