Joined the firm in 1994 and became a Partner in 2005. He heads the criminal and compliance department. Former university Professor of law (1994-2013) and Guest Professor in litigation law master starting 2020. He has developed namely the criminal and misdemeanours litigation and compliance practice of the firm. Rui Patrício co-edited the Portuguese Bar’s magazine in 2018 and 2019. Former member of the Supreme Judicial Council and of the Corruption Prevention Council.
