Partner. Specialist in labor and employment law; advising national and international clients on all related matters, including corporate policies, collective bargaining and restructuring. Mr. Agote represents companies in court, and in arbitration and mediation proceedings, concerning all types of employment and labor law disputes. He also advises clients on the impact of disruptive technologies in the workplace, as well as advising clients in the sports and entertainment industry.
Mr. Agote lectures on labor and social security law at IE Law School, and regularly lectures on labor law at conferences organized by associations. He has also been part of the Executive Program of Singularity University.
He is a member of the American Employment Law Council, and member of the Human Resources Policy Group of the Brussels European Employee Relations Group (BEERG).
He is the author and co-author of articles for specialized journals and has contributed to collective works.
