Rosanne provides advice and conducts litigation for a variety of clients in town planning and environmental law. She has particular expertise in assisting clients to obtain development approvals, dealing with heritage listed buildings, and in undertaking planning and environmental due diligence. Rosanne is a member of the Planning Committee of the Property Council of Australia (Qld), the Divisional Committee of the Planning Institute of Australia (Qld) and the Legislative Review Committee of the Queensland Environmental Law Association. She is the chair of the Planning Committee of the PCA and the head of the professional development committee for PIA.
