Rodrigo Delgado is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Projects practice, with more than 14 years of experience advising contractors, concessionaires and project owners throughout the lifecycle of complex infrastructure projects.

His practice covers bidding processes, contract negotiation and drafting, project execution, contract management, claims and dispute resolution. He has extensive experience advising on public and private infrastructure projects, public-private partnerships, Government-to-Government arrangements and public works.

Rodrigo has particular expertise in EPC and FIDIC contracts and also regularly advises on NEC standard forms. His experience spans major airport, road, bridge, healthcare, education, hydropower, transmission and port projects, allowing him to combine a strong understanding of project delivery with sophisticated contractual and risk-management advice.

He has led legal teams advising on some of Peru’s largest infrastructure developments, including the Lima Peripheral Ring Road, the expansion of Jorge Chávez International Airport and the San Gabán III Hydroelectric Project. His practice also includes major G2G projects developed under FIDIC and NEC contractual frameworks.
