Rodrigo Urrutia is partner of our firm with more than 15 years’ experience. He is an arbitration and litigation expert with particularly strong experience in commercial, corporate, regulatory and construction disputes; under ICC, Lima Chamber of Commerce (LCC) and American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM) arbitration rules. Significative experience in disputes involving State-owned entities. In addition, Rodrigo has experience in litigation relating to award enforcement (foreign and domestic) and set aside procedures, as well as pre-arbitration requests for preliminary measures.
