Our Projects Department provides comprehensive legal advice throughout all stages of infrastructure and construction projects. We are recognized as one of the few firms in Peru with consistent, in-depth experience advising owners, contractors, subcontractors, designers, supervisors, private developers and public entities on technically complex and strategically significant projects.
We have extensive experience in public works, public-private partnerships (PPPs), concessions and private infrastructure projects, advising on lump-sum, unit-price, turnkey, EPC, EPCM, BOT, BOO and BOOT structures, as well as FIDIC and NEC standard forms of contract.
Our advice covers bidding processes, contract negotiation and drafting, financing structures, project execution, contract modifications and regulatory matters. We also have a specialized contract management practice focused on early risk identification, mitigation strategies and collaborative tools to prevent disputes and claims.
Over the past decade, we have delivered more than 391 specialized legal interventions across public, private, Government-to-Government (G2G), PPP, Works for Taxes (OXI) and concession projects, representing more than 40,600 hours of specialized legal advice. We have advised on more than 180 projects, including 26 in the past year, involving contracts with a combined value exceeding USD 2.5 billion.
