Our projects department focuses on providing integral legal advisory on all phases and matters related to infrastructure and construction projects. We are considered as one of the few firms in Peru with significant experience and knowledge in the development of infrastructure projects. We advise owners, contractors, subcontractors, designers, supervisors, private companies and governmental entities.

We are recognized in the market for our expertise on public works, Public Private are Partnerships (PPPs), concessions and private projects. Our practice covers a wide range of contract and financing modalities like lump sum, unit price, turn key, EPC, EPCM, BOT, BOO and BOOT. We also work with FIDIC and NEC model contracts.

Our team has extensive experience in bidding proceedings, contract negotiations, drafting of contracts, financing, contract execution, contract modifications and regulatory matters. We also have a contract management practice that seeks to prevent and mitigate claim by assessing and preventing risks and implementing collaborative techniques.
