Carlos is a Senior Associate with 10 years of experience, specializing in construction disputes emerging from significant infrastructure projects.

He strategically handles complex construction disputes, especially those involving by multi-causal constructive disruptions. Carlos efficiently navigates the terrains of contract terminations and term extensions, leveraging his understanding of the overlapping issues that tend to complicate the performance of a contract.
