A former City Attorney for Raleigh and Asheville, NC, Robin often serves as lead counsel in significant cases filed in North Carolina’s state and federal courts — both at trial and on appeal. Career
From 2014 to 2020, Robin served as a municipal representative on a four-member drafting committee that rewrote all of the North Carolina General Statutes related to land use and zoning (now enacted as N.C. Gen. Stat. § 160D).
