Advising Mercantil Holding Financiero Internacional, S.A. (MHFI) in the execution of a promissory share purchase agreement for the acquisition of the majority stake in Capital Bank, Inc.

Advising in the reacquisition and purchase of the majority stake of Supermercados Xtra, S.A.

Advising Farmalisto in the purchase of 100% of the Mexican pharmacy GoFarma.

Advising Orla Mining Ltd. and Minera Cerro Quema, S.A. in connection with a secured credit facility for an amount of up to US$150 million.

Advising Supermercados Xtra, S.A. in connection with the offering and issuance of corporate bonds for an amount of up to US$100 million.

Advising the shareholders of the companies Galores Refrigerados S.A., Galores Logística S.A., and Avner Perry Investments, S.A., in connection with the sale of Galores Group to Emergent Cold Latin America, Latin America’s newest temperature-controlled warehousing and logistics provider.

Advising the minority shareholders of Capital Bank, Inc. with respect to the acquisition of the shares of a group of other shareholders of Capital Bank, representing a majority stake in Capital Bank, its subsidiaries and affiliates.
