He has over 15 years of experience in legal advisory and has led operations in various sectors, such as insurance, port services, energy, technology, real estate, banking, mining, securities markets, restaurants, hospitality, retail, among others.

Roberto Vidal is recognized by clients for his expertise in mergers and acquisitions, having led and participated in some of the major transactions in the Republic of Panama, including industries such as banking, insurance, mining, beverages, supermarkets, hotels, highways, telecommunications, among others.

Additionally, Roberto is one of the most renowned lawyers in the fintech industry in Panama, where he has advised multiple companies on ventures such as payment platforms, electronic wallets, and organized markets for crypto assets.

In pro bono matters, he has participated as a legal advisor in free legal aid sessions organized in socially vulnerable communities.
