Inocencio Galindo heads the banking and finance, mining and taxation practice groups. He has more than 20 years of experience in the legal sector.
He has vast experience counselling domestic and international clients in the banking industry such as Banistmo, Banistmo Investment Corporation, HSBC, Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation, Corporacion Interamericana para el Financiamiento de Infraestructura, Inter-American Development Bank, among others. He also represented investors and developers of infrastructure projects including Metro de Panamá, First Quantum Minerals, Minera Panamá, and Empresa Nacional de Autopistas (ENA).
He is recognized as a leading corporate and project finance lawyer, participating in large projects such as Line 1, 2 and 3 of the Metro of Panama; the copper mining project Cobre Panama- the largest private sector investment in Panamanian history; the public bus rapid system for Panama City - Metro Bus, among others.
Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Inocencio worked as an associate at a major US law firm.
Mr. Galindo served as President of the Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture of Panama, the principal organization of the private sector in Panama, for the 2017-2018 period. He is also a member of the American Law Firms Association and the American Bar Association (ABA).
