Mr. Galindo heads the Banking and Finance and Mining practice groups of the firm.
He has more than 20 years of experience in the legal sector. He mainly advises private and public companies on banking, finance, project development and financing, corporate and M&A, public tenders and concession contracts. He is recognized as a leading corporate and project development and finance lawyer in Panama, participating in large projects such as Line 1, 2 and 3 of the Metro of Panama; the copper mining project Cobre Panama; the public bus transit system for Panama city (Metro Bus), among others. Mr. Galindo regularly advises clients in disputes related to project development and operation, including engaging in dispute resolution proceedings such as mediation and arbitration. In addition, he practices general corporate and commercial law, advising clients on a wide range of commercial transactions, both domestic and cross-border.

Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Inocencio worked as an associate at a major US law firm.
Professional Memberships
Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture of Panama, the principal organization of the private sector in Panama (President for the 2017-2018 period). Mr. Galindo is also an ICSID arbitrator / mediator appointed by Panama for the 2016-2022 period.
