Advising Mercantil Holding Financiero Internacional, S.A. (MHFI) in the execution of a promissory share purchase agreement for the acquisition of the majority stake in Capital Bank, Inc.

Advising in the reacquisition and purchase of the majority stake of Supermercados Xtra, S.A.

Advising the companies Galores Refrigerados S.A., Galores Logística S.A., and Avner Perry Investments, S.A., in connection with the sale of Galores Group to Emergent Cold Latin America, Latin America’s newest temperature-controlled warehousing and logistics provider.

Advising Farmalisto in the purchase of the Mexican pharmacy GoFarma. With this acquisition, the company expanded in the Mexican market and Latin America.
