One of the best-known and most highly regarded litigators in the United States, specializing in complex criminal litigation at the trial and appellate level, for the last three decades, Mr. Luskin has represented clients in virtually every high-profile criminal case in Washington, D.C.
While at the Department of Justice, Mr. Luskin helped lead the Abscam investigation, and, thereafter, he has represented cabinet officers, senior White House Officials, Members of Congress, and U.S. District Judges in criminal and Congressional investigations.
Mr. Luskin has extensive expertise in multi-jurisdictional investigations of public corruption. Described by Global Investigations Review as the “dean of the FCPA bar,” and by Chambers USA as a “Star Individual,” he has represented clients in the largest multi-jurisdictional resolutions, including Airbus, Goldman Sachs, Alstom, and Braskem, as well as, Total, Technip, SBM, SAP, and ABB.
For nearly two decades, Mr. Luskin served as a lecturer in law at the University of Virginia, where he taught courses in Advanced Criminal Law. He currently serves as an adjunct professor of law at Georgetown University, where he teaches a course in Global Anti-Corruption.
