Robert Bodian

Bob is the Managing Partner of Mintz. He is nationally recognized as a leading trial attorney, and represents major corporations and their senior executives. His practice focuses on employment and commercial disputes, private equity, financial services, insurance, securities, real estate, and banking litigation. Bob is highly regarded by those in the boardroom and those in the courtroom, having advised senior executives in challenging situations.

Bob successfully has tried through verdict numerous jury and non-jury trials in the federal and state courts. He is admitted to practice in New York and before the US Court of Appeals and the US District Courts, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
