Career

Ricardo has more than 30 years of experience representing domestic and foreign clients in administrative and tax litigation in a wide range of sectors and transactions. His practice also includes managing administrative proceedings before tax authorities at both the federal and local levels, as well as handling tax audits and conclusive agreements.

His professional practice specializes in consulting, dispute resolution, and tax strategies, both nationally and internationally, as well as in administrative law in the telecommunications sector.

For more than 20 years he has been a professor at some of the country’s most prestigious universities. Currently, he is a professor of the mas

ter’s degree in Tax Law at Universidad Panamericana (UP), where he teaches Amparo Fiscal.

Ricardo Cervantes joined CHEVEZ in 1994 and was promoted to Partner in 2002.
