With extensive expertise in business operations and a strong focus on personalized client service, Pablo has more than 30 years of experience in tax and administrative litigation and dispute resolution, audit procedures, and advisory regarding federal taxes related to the financial system, transfer pricing, and corporate restructuring.
Pablo has advised companies on tax matters throughout all stages of audit procedures, as well as in alternative dispute resolution mechanisms provided under Mexican law and tax treaties signed by Mexico to avoid double taxation. When necessary, he has represented clients in disputes against tax authorities, successfully obtaining court rulings to declare the nullity of various administrative acts and the unconstitutionality of legal provisions.
He has been a professor at the Universidad Panamericana (UP), Universidad Iberoamericana (UIA) and the Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económicas (CIDE), where he taught several courses related to tax law.
Pablo has also written various articles for specialized national and international tax journals.
