With more than 25 years of experience, Mayeli is an attorney specializing in corporate labor and employment law, individual labor litigation, and strategic counseling. Her practice focuses on advising domestic and international companies on the prevention and management of labor-related risks, particularly in connection with complex corporate decision-making and the implementation of strategies designed to anticipate contingencies and strengthen regulatory compliance.
Throughout her career, she has developed extensive experience in the implementation and compliance of labor law reforms, corporate restructurings, labor relations, specialized service outsourcing, the design and review of compensation and benefits schemes, internal investigations, employment terminations, and the prevention of individual and collective labor disputes.
She holds a law degree from Universidad La Salle (ULSA) and a specialization in Labor Amparo Proceedings from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). She has also completed studies in oral advocacy at the University of Salamanca, Spain. In 2025, she obtained certification as a facilitator of Participatory Gender Audits from the International Labour Organization (ILO).
