Ana Sofía’s practice focuses on corporate law, with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and private clients’ advisory. She has extensive experience advising high-net-worth individuals and family offices on strategic matters, including long-term planning, investment structuring, and governance.

She provides comprehensive counsel to both public and private companies, with a strong specialization in corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Ana Sofía is recognized for designing and implementing governance frameworks that promote institutional sustainability and long-term growth.

Her experience encompasses corporate regularizations; intra-group restructurings—including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, spin-offs, and wind-up processes—as well as the negotiation and execution of intercompany arrangements and commercial agreements with third parties.

She serves on the board of directors of Mexican and foreign companies across various industries. In addition, she has participated as a speaker and panelist at national and international conferences and has published several articles in leading legal publications.

Ana Sofía also serves as Chair of the firm’s Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Committee and the Women Committee.
