Dr. Rebekka Hye-Knudsen is a partner in Dentons' Berlin office and, as Germany Co-Managing Partner, heads Dentons’ offices in Germany. Rebekka primarily advises on corporate transactions, private equity and venture capital investments as well as corporate reorganisations. With extensive experience particularly in cross-border transactions, she focuses on supporting German and international corporations, financial investors and technology companies. Rebekka is regularly recommended in the rankings of Chambers and JUVE. She is a member of the legal advisory board of the German Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (BVK), which represents the interests of the private equity industry in Germany. Rebekka possesses native-level fluency in both German and English.
